Jeff Chamberlin and myself contracted with Sage Design Build to design and build a new office space. We found the process to be very collaborative, open book, and allowed us to choose many finish options. Jonathan did a great job with the initial estimate and the final invoice was below our budget number. Travis did an outstanding job during construction and ensured the design documents were being followed by each sub-contractor, and offered changes that gave us a better end product. I would highly recommended Sage Design Build on a similar project!
